how long has it been since you signed? it takes several months to get paid

We were told 45 - 90 days, and that the lease is good for 180 days (before it's paid) to allow time for fixing any title problems.

Halcon backed out. Hilcorp is not interested in that area. Are you with CX-Energy?

Youlr boyfriend, if he has property in West Salem, is going  to get paid, most probably by December 15,2012 . In your case, it may be a lot  longer, and when you get paid, it will likely not be Halcon doing the paying. If you are part of the M&P/CX Mount Jackson group, I know they are trying their best to market your property. I have two cousins who happen to own 40 acres on route 173 north of Grove City and they are in the same boat that you are in. My own property is in Venango County and not as yet leased. I wish you success with getting a good lease. Thank you for the Christmas message. It reminded me that if we have good health, we have a lot to be thankful for. For some reason your message reminded me of the novel "A  Christmas Carol" and the words of Tiny Tim..."God Bless Us One and All".

Let me guess - Shale Investment Fund? "Exclusive Agent for Halcon" so the letter read? We haven't been paid either. We are in Ohio, about half mile from the PA state line.

S.I.F. told us how they "believed in this area" Trumbull County, and they touted the purchase of the prize steer at the Trumbull County Fair. It was all show, apparently.

I'm disappointed and disgusted. We should have gone with BP. They actually pay! I have a client not too far from here over in Farmdale, and he has been paid (by BP).
