Where do you see Ritchie county? I didn't notice that on the map on their website.

Jonathan, it should be Harrison County NOT Ritchie.   Thanks for correcting me.

590 million for 70000 acres is around 8400 per acre.  Good profit for Protege and the other lease holders.

The map I have of Marcellus showed those as Dry Marcellus.

Since it is wet marcellus won't that lower the cost of drilling and make the marcellus more profitable overall?
