permits for fracking

Where can I check to see if fracking permit has been issued yet. Seeing activity again at the Mah 1 site.

I was told there has to be a separate permit issued before they can frac, I am not concerned just curious about the activity at  my fathers well, it has been drilled and the fracking equipment has been in place for months now and the well folks told me there WAS a separate permit to be issued for that part of the process,

Paula are you sure its fracking equipment? Possibly just the water storage tanks in place? Might be awaiting for possible road permits as due to weight limits imposed due to winter.

yes, Consol said it was the fracking rig and i do see lots of water storage tanks as well, so you think they will wait till spring?
