Bill,

Channel 9 (antenna 166 degress) Stuebenville, Sundays at 11:00, has been showing Jeff Rokisky and his team of lawyers that can evaluate your mineral rights and establish a value based on well production in your area.

Search my name on this website and you will see more details on selling your mineral rights.

I don't agree with selling mineral rights but if you must, go with Jeff for the best deal in my opinion.  Good Luck .   Ron

Did you get your property leased?  If so, what are the details b/c there are a lot of us that leased back in 2008 that have leases expiring.

It seems leaseing or releasing in Richill township will be rather rough for a little while yet not very many companies active here.
Looks like you will have to be ready to take small bonus payments smaller royalty percentages and worse yet the terms are awful.
Our lease expires in 2015 and from the looks of things right now I won't be releasing anytime in the foreseeable future
Of course if the White House approves export of LNG that will change our story completly but I wouldn't hold my breath for that.
Rumor has it that Chevron is offering 500 hundred and acre in the dry gas areas and 1500 hundred an acre in the wet gas areas with 15 percent royalty.
Iam sure there are a lot of folks out there that know better then me but it doesn't seem they wish to say anything.
Best of luck to you and you're releasing

got some leads but no lease yet eqt is interested but 3500 acre 18% but there land protection clauses sucks no right for right a ways or pipelines so i am talking to them on that .

$3500 and 18% Gross sounds competitive!  I'd study that pretty hard before I walked away b/c EQT is drilling, and the wells they are drilling are above average.  Keep us posted b/c I've heard much better numbers from Chevron - much closer to what EQT offered you.

Iam glad to hear someone has heard better numbers from Chevron which part of Greene County? A lady that works for Chevron told me they are going tO drill a lot of wells this year but wouldn't tell me where.

chevron has my lease now and i have not been contacted bye them yet, Jackson township . do you have a # so i can call someone from chevron my lease runs out in may 2013 so i am looking hard  chevron bought all of chiefs leases   around here .that is who i leased with in the beginning  and chevron bought the lease from chief in the last year of lease ?

Hello sorry it took me so long to respond I don't check this site everyday The number I have for Chevron in 1 412 262 2830 that will get you the switch board just tell the operator who you are and where you are located and they will get you the right person you need to speak with.
Please let us know how it goes.

thanks will do ! i will let you know what they have to say . i went to meeting other night merrill lynch   it was pertty good they get people as a group may take 4-6 months for big group and they bargin for you and they save you bunch on taxes as well, they take 2% of what they get . and they say they can get best deal on well head price and what not . i will let you know about this as well, contact is cody hartley 1214-854-7703    go to a meeting sounds pretty good if you only have small lot like me 27 acres you get lumped in with big lots and get better deal .

What did Chevron have to say? Iam just curious if they tried to make you a lowball offer or are even leaseing in this area thanks
