I'm new to this site, also new to marcellus shale. Is there a map available to see the labeled areas? where can I find it? what is vera IH-6H? Thanks

Doug vera 1H-6H is a well pad that has been started in Fox twp. The road to the pad is going in now.

They have just applied for two permits at Roundtop which is Colley Twp right off 87 and borders Star road, behind our property. The pads should be going in soon.

Beth, thanks for the reply where in fox twp? do you know the road? My property is in fox twp, I'm just trying to stay in the loop with whats going on in the area. Any other website out there that you know of to keep me up to date on latest activities? Thanks Doug

hoagland branch rd. Check DEP site. Also heard maps on a rlstore.com - but this a pay by the year site - I think.

I've been a member of rlstore.com since last winter - it has been a great investment of $18! They update off the DEP site, and they have all the pertinent info in an easy to use format, including maps, GPS coordinates, cool pics, all kinds of links- worth the visit. I also get the DEP updates for everything in Sullivan County, and rlstore keeps what I read in my DEP emails in an easy to use reference tool. As an 8th generation farm owner in Forksville I am intent on learning everything there is about this shale play... every day.

Barry : I am a member also but I think they are a few weeks behind on updates, I do like their maps and other info though, and any and all research info can't hurt. I go directly to the DEP website efacts @ http://www.ahs2.dep.state.pa.us/eFactsWeb/default.aspx
and for free know daily what is going on with permits, I also read every Saturday the PA bulletin every week for updates on gas drilling and river basin info thats info is at :
http://pabulletin.com/ If you look at the map of wells you can see exactly where the pipeline will run East and West without a doubt.
