30' Thick Marcellus in Hancock County: Thick Enough

30' is thick enough to drill and frace based on my research.  Range has at least 7 wells permitted to drill to the 30' Marcellus in Beaver County, PA.  Why is this important?  Check out all of the oil in Brooke and Ohio Counties, WV in the Marcellus on the completion reports final open flow: http://www.wvgs.wvnet.edu/pipe2/EfileViewer.aspx

Is there anyone leasing in the county at all??

There's only one operator in the county that has all the leases... Chesapeake.
