B P in Mahoning County

B P America Production co has signed over 120 leases with landowners in Mahoning Co since August.  Most of there leases state 180 days to pay the bonus money.  That would be the first of Feb, but many in Trumbull got paid in the 90-120 day range.  Does anyone know if they have paid any of these bonuses yet?

As of 11/30/2012 BP has signed over 185 leases in Mahoning Co.

BP started paying bonus money and sending defect letters to landowners in Mahoning county the last week of January.

I heard about a property on 224 in Berlin Center. The 180 days were up, BP called at the last minute. Told the owners that they were going to let it expire, but changed their minds. The BP rep wanted to hand deliver a check that night. I won't say their name, so don't even ask.

They seem to still be signing in Berlin, Ellsworth, Green, Beaver, Springfield and Coitsville townships.
