Hi, I live in Texas and have about 300 acres in Wetzel county W VA.  We have been approched by several companies about selling our rights to oil and gas.  The latest was Bounty Minerals and I have read some not so good things about them.  Does anyone know of a reliable, honest company you have worked with?

Also does anyone know if they are drilling in Readers Run or Longs Hollow area?  Like I said being in Texas I can't see what is going on in good old W VA.
