Yes the royalty checks are nice but the states valuation on the wells for the property tax are outrageous
Chesapeake was successful in getting there taxes lowered for 2013 and for the royalty owners as well
these were based on the 2011 production, but as an individual get offers to sell your royalty for the
wells and present these at the commission meetings is the only thing that might work to fight these
high valuations by the state. any one else have ant success or ideas??
