Center twp,leasing?

My wife has a friend who just got a phone call wanting to lease her 2.5 acres.Anybody know what the going rate that any of the companies are paying.? Thank You.appreciate any info.

 I would say at lease 20% and $5000 per acres ,what part of  Center twp .

I saw an Antero lease they are offering to residents of Barnesville for 5700 and 20%.
