Dave, when I started to read and ask questions on this site I put in a couple of hours a night. right now all I can say is keep talking to your neighbors,Start to learn all you can about your oil and gas rights.(do you own them or not) are you HBP (held by production) do you have any lease offers?..........Knowledge is power!               And or contact an oil and gas attorney  All of the above is your best bet.      IMHO

Dan thanks for the help and insight. No lease offers yet. I need to hike up the hill and see who my neighbor is talking to.
