Ashtabula County of Ohio Gas leasing Question

I see from the postings, that everything seems to be over a year old. Does anyone know of a company that is currently leasing acerage now in the Southern part of the County of Ashtabula Ohio? I have 139 acerages. My new neighbors are in the gas and oil business and live in PA. They purchased 83 acers that abuts my property since their research showed we have a huge deposit of the  desired oil/gas shale under our acerage. Thanks ahead of time.

Curious to know how far north of Andover (or Ohio SR 6) your / your PA neighbor's acreage is ?

We're in Richmond Township - not too far at all from the PA border.
