I posted this question in thread regarding the recent release of production figures on the PA DEP reporting site and got no responses so I figured I would start a new discussion. We are new to this production figure/royalty calculation business. We have a lease in Clinton County that has been pooled into a drilling unit with five producing wells in the unit. We received our first check in Janurary 2012 for the production for November and December of 2011. The production figures on the DEP site are higher than on the information stub of our check. I have sent a email to Anadarko to inquire about the difference. Anybody out there have any advise Thanks!!

Where are you in Clinton Co? A friend of mine has 60 acres in West Keating Twp and is looking to lease. Is there much activity? Who would I contact? Planning a road trip to Lock Haven to research court house any info would be great.
Grugan Twp. North of Hanneyville. Not familiar with West Keating Twp. or who the active leasers/drillers in that Twp. may be. we do not actually live in the area. Last fall there were some new pads (put in by Anadarko) off Browns Run Road as well a 2 or 3 big fresh water impoundments. No rigs in on the pads yet, but I assume they will be there at some point.

But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
