I also have property in Salem and Liberty , and Lawrance Twp..I took my case to court and won..Cost $15000 but was worth it . Already got some bonus money to spend now.

ill friend you..claim was gas but no oil..there was no production records so it went in my favor

total sales for my well are about $300 dollars or less per month , no oil and i really do not think they sell that much NG as the line pressure is only about  25 psi

I was getting exactly 40 dollars a year for about 10 years..Wasnt too hard to prove my case..especially since there wasnt any production records
