Magnum Humter announced yesterday the sale of its Eagle Ford holdings for $401 million.  Said it will lower debt and allow them to concentrate on their Utica holdings which they are excited about. CEO was Jim Cramer's Mad Money yesterday discussing their Utica play.

Penn Virgina bought there Eagle Ford holdings.

It is interesting to note that Kinder Morgan and Hess also bailed out of their Eagle Ford assets.   Capital is shifting to the Utica play.
