What is the difference between wet gas and dry gas?

   I'm in Tioga Co., Pa. ,signed a lease in '06 , they renewed in '11. Other than that I haven't heard one peep out of them. Since I don't know much I joined this site to try to get up to speed. I don't even know what a Pugh clause is.

   I received a letter offering to buy my (leased ) rights and got some info on that from the Tioga Co. group... big thanx to Clinton 44 for all that !..  also found out 2 permits were issued in my general area recently, which is probably why I got the letter from a royalty management group.

   Next question, I'm wondering if they can re-new for a 3rd term automatically or if I can re-negotiate? Also, anyone know where the pipeline is going in Tioga Co?  Thanks, Theresa

I would suggest you sign up to e-notice, where the DEP sends you an email when there is any permit activity in your area of interest. You can narrow down the type of permit you want to be notified about,(oil & gas) & your county.

I know this  tread is about PA, but Oliver do you know if other states are doing this for the public? I am interested in Ohio.  Thanks.
