I seen a dozer working on the east side of Moorefield on the North side of the road. Looks like it could be a new well pad being built, if it is I am not aware of the name as it has not been permitted. I guess someone could be just flattening a place for a barn, but it is fairly sizable and every other large flat spot lately has turned out to be an oil and gas pad.
