No wonder that Youngstown, Ohio is listed as the third saddest city in America.  The fractivists are going to keep it that way if we let them.  According to TWC news there are only two cities in the nation that are sadder than Youngstown.  They will remain that way if they are not wise enough to defeat the amendment to stop the development of the minerals lying beneath them.
