If this is the one between "Y"Town,OH and New Castle,PA , you can read a little bit about it on the Lawrence County Site. For some reason Lawrence County leaseholders are a tight lipped bunch , or many just don't know about this site..........? Mahoning County folks are free to chime in as well!
