I thought I would share a new website which shows gas well sites for Sullivan County.  It is run by the Sullivan County Office of Planning and Development.

The link is www.sullivancounty-pa.us/files/planning/SullCoGas_Web.pdf

It is suppose to be updated every month or so.

The county gas map has been updated for May.

Any idea why the Marquardt unit isn't shown on these maps?

Tremendous work by the planning commission.  Sully only has 6k residents yet execute in all ways, so well, all the time.   They even have their 1st dairy princess in 4 years!

No one likes to the the bearer of bad news. But for some time the suspicion was upper Sullivan was good, but going south, extra depth and overburden probably served to over cook the strata.

if you have not seen Chesapeake's sale to Southwestern of a mass of leases, look it up, the map.

Chesapeake has told investors they kept the productive areas. Hard to know the exact line, but ?

3-5 miles south of Dushore, might be the cutoff?

Hump,

What is your thought about the Pines and Field wells[Lewis land, Mildred area]  as far as being over mature? I assume your thoughts on the Laporte area are not too favorable??? I have some land between rt 220 and 487 [on Sattersfield road ] which I worry about. Actually leased to Chief but is/was surrounded by Chk. Any thoughts??
