Was that rig on 62 next to Flynn tire shop there long enough to drill a horizontal well??

It takes about three weeks to drill a horizontal well. Some companies can do one in 18 days. A lot depends on depth and length of horizontal leg. But in new areas they usually do a lot of core sampling which takes longer. My guess is they did one well with a lot of core samples. But they may have done both if they didn't do a lot core work.
I hope it shows up in my backyard!
I was hoping the same thing Cory, but a birdie told me it went back to KINKELA in lawrence county. I havent drove by to check just yet,and seen nothing on lawrence site. Keep the clock counting, it will return soon!
The bird was,the right, rig went to KINKELA.
I was past there today and thought that small rig would be for a test well. The DEP website only has a horz. well permitted but maybe they do not need a permit for a test well.
