We had someone from East Resources show us a PSU gas royalty calculator. He told me I could find it if I did an internet search. I found one from PSU but it differs from the one he showed me. His had a break down of royalties per leg. It gave a price for royalties from 1-6 legs. He also told us that since Shell bought East they are drilling 6 legs on all their wells. The one I found does not show a break down if there is more than one leg. Has anyone saw this type of royalties calculator? Also is anyone currently getting royalties that can give an estimate per acre at 15% in a 640 acrea group? Everything I read is different.

What I did was to set up my own spreadsheet. I have it so that I can enter in different values and watch how the end results change It is fairly simple to do and it is fun too. And you can save the different results.
