Southwest Twp.,Warren County,PA

I have been waiting several days now for an administrator to accept my membership to the Warren County,PA site. (Could this explain why there are only 14 members for this County......?)

Anyhoo, can anyone tell me if there is any leasing activity in Southwest Township , Warren County , PA?

Has anyone been offering to buy mineral rights , and if so , what are the offers?

I also have been waiting to be admitted to the Warren County, PA group. I requested membership two weeks ago and have heard nothing. I don't know why approval is necessary anyways, they need all the members they can get, why make it more difficult to join!

I don't have any info concerning leasing or buying mineral rights to offer you, but I will send Keith a message about the problem.

Nothing happening in Warren county.  Last year Rex was picking up bargains at $1500/15%/5yr to add to their HPB acreage.

Shell (SWEPI) is drilling near the dam, some activity over in eastern Erie, and to our south.  it will get here eventually.

The Warren County group is quiet, the moderator doesn't seem very active.  I am a member but it took a long time to get approved.
