Edgemarc or EM Energy has started the drill pad work at the Cratty well pad in Allegheny twp, Butler county.  I was by the site tonight and they have the E & S stormwater control systems in place.  They have several pieces of equipment there ready to start the dirt work.  I would assume they will start the dirt work in the next few days.  The site is very level, so there shouldn't be much dirt to move as there was at the Shell Renick Site.
