Thanks for the update. I remain in a constant state of wonder if I should just take the offer. With so many drilling riggs busy in the area wonder when they stop making the offer.

Most of my neighbors are saying no as well.  I guess we're taking a stand ha ha.

I have 5 acres in Connoquenessing Twp received $2000.per acre and 25% royalty from Rex energy in 2010.They have not drilled close to get any royalty.

Is 25% royalty a typo? You mentioned on another thread your royalty was 15%.
