Go to the link I posted above. The top story today from Forbes says that Aubrey McClendon's company AEP (American Energy Partners) was the buyer of Shell's 50,000 acres in Ohio's Utica. And that he was the likely  buyer of the Enervest 23,000 acres.

Another lawsuit against Chesapeake for improper deductions and selling to affiliates at discounted prices, in order to lower royalty payments. Why does the new management team allow these practices to continue? I guess we know the answer. See the link.....
