Great River and Paloma.

Has anynone that signed a lease with one of these two companies been paid as of yet ?

Signed with Paloma - they have 90 days to pay, I believe.   I have a neighbor who signed with them much earlier than me - let me check.

OK - neighbor with 80+ acres was paid w/in 60 days by Paloma.
