drilling begins

Is there any sure way to know when they will start to drill a well,other than seeing the equipment move in. I have had the water test and the seismic drillers. I am one of many in the horizontal well and no one seems to know a start date. It is a Gulfport well ,name on well is Stronz#1-35H . Any info would be nice?

Has the pad been built?  What do you mean by "equipment"?

No pad as yet. Any thing bulldozer etc.

There is no permit information posted on the ODNR database yet.

My land is just south of the Rex J. Anderson well and it took a couple of months from the time that they tested my water untill they posted the permit.

Thanks. Don't they have a permit before they name the well or do they just post it before they begin?

No they can name the well before its permitted

Why do they do all the testing before than? Could that mean that it may not ever get drilled or be able to get a permit?
