WLW, I agree. That line is old and leaky. Is it 4" or 6" ?

For the most part this is a 6 inch line. Yes, perhaps an upgrade is warranted but the ROW is already in place.

Dick,.... "Row is already in place".....point well taken......what does that cut off the time line in putting the pipes in the ground to service the Oil windows land?....18 months?  ....ALL IMHO

The first 30 days of IP reported by EQT is a mere $1MM per well. (oil & gas)  not good enough?

Sounds like well pay off in 6 months?.....not good enough???....Pay off in 6 months, the Oil and Gas company will punch holes in the ground until the land is all gone....ALL IMHO

Maybe they can find a buyer.

I am right next to the property, kinda in a holding pattern. The pad is in place  just idle right now, until they find a buyer. I do own my minaral rights but HBP from a shallow well, northwood energy. They control my destiny until they agree to sell and then need more property.
