Several wells that I have interest in are now listed as plugged. Bradford County PA, Wells Township.
Does this mean that they will be non producing or is this a temporary situation?

In my experience, wells can be listed as temporarily abandoned, which gives the operator a chance to restore a well to production by correcting a defect, installing lifting devices, or perhaps even re-entering, deepening and creating a horizontal well.
Or, the well can be listed as permanently abandoned, which suggests removal of the downhole tubulars, placement of cement plugs that isolate any productive zones.
Usually and in either case, the well(s) are non-productive until something is either done to restore flow or until they are permanently abandoned.
