Hello,
Has anyone been contacted, near Hempfield/Greenville to run a pipeline through? I am also trying to find a proven Pipeline/ROW attorney in Mercer who can help through this process, thank you.

Hi Matt,
I've been contacted about a pipeline ROW in Delaware twp adjoining Hempfield running east west.
I've not signed...been collecting info on protections I want.
What Company is doing this and do you know where it will start and where it will end?
It's a company called EARTH Acquisitions. I know nothing about them. Their rep wouldn't tell where it was routed. I don't know the size or pressure. Their boilerplate gives them the right to install as many lines as they want of any size carrying any gas or liquid above or below ground.
I would think they would be bound to tell you the name of the company you will be dealing with for the rest of your life if you sign on. Personally , I would never allow above ground pipes. At least you can till the land if they bury below plough depth. Double ditch method should be a requirement as well to keep the topsoil on top. You want paid for each line separately also.
If you find out the real operators name , please post. Thanks.
Earth acquistions is the land company for PENNANT MIDSTREAM LLC. I belive thats the line to feed the springfield nisource plant.
hey bob,
How do you know they are with Pennant? Their boilerplate ties the land up forever for $10 with no future payment assured. They sound like a flipper to me. I want the area developed but to tie my land up forever for $10 is not in the cards.
Delaware if you look at mercer county recorders office and type iin pennant in name then open a file up earth acquistions is the land company dealing for them. Thats all I know.
Thanks Bob
I probably shouldn't stick my nose in here Delaware Twp, but you are also in a direct line between the Halcon Pilgrim wells and their wells to the west(Philips, Yoder) and Ohio... It's their plan to eventually connect all of them.
Thanks for the info JR. I'm still trying to learn what's going on
This company is offering $15/ft for as many lines as needed forever. I believe they're signing up leases in hopes of future selling them for a profit if a line is needed across my land. Don't like tying up my land forever for $10. Just doesn't make sense.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
