Schroeder Pad in Center Township Noble County Ohio

Just wondering if anyone on GMS has any info about what Antero is doing or going to do with this well site? The pad has been there for a year and half and wells are flaring all over the place but nothing is happening with this site that I can see. Any news or info would be greatly appreciated. The Grapevine told me a few months ago that the Schroeders were involved in a divorce situation, and it was complicating things for Antero.    This is third hand information that may or may not be correct, but that's the only thing I've heard that explains the long wait.   It's in the right location to be a monster well, but the pipeline access to the branch that picks up the Miley, Wayne, Coal, Milligan, etc may not be complete....   I suppose it could be a combination of things.

The pad is a few miles north of Sarasville on SR285.  The one lateral is designed to run from there SE almost to the high school.

That is accurate according to the well plat. I have heard rumors that they(antero) maybe going to expand the unit to 1280 acres and lengthen the laterals but that is all supposition. Pretty sure hiker is right about the delay but really having a hard time wrapping my head around the reason for it. I don't think they will let one person stop them from getting at what they want.if the unit is expanded will have renegotiate the leases around here?just wondering
