MERS and You

For anyone unfamiliar:  MERS = Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems

The MERS crisis is only just getting started.  Few are aware of it and fewer still understand its implications for the average American citizen.  Here, from Reuters, is a short summary of what's going on:


I strongly believe this could, once again, deep six the American financial system.  The illegal actions in high places at the root of this are simply mind blowing.  Black Swans are proliferating.

It is remarkable the extremes to which entities were willing to go in order to circumvent payment of recording fees at our county Recorder's Offices nationwide . . . among other things.
