Only thing I've heard is that Rex is letting thousands of acres of leases expire over the next year or so.  Nothing about specific locations.

I would believe that you are correct as my area is not that rich in other products from the gas wells Thanks for the reply..

I think you are in a fairly good area. Be patient, REX will eventually get to you. I have attached the REX Well Spud report for your township. They would not be drilling all these wells if you were in a bad area. REX also continues to lease parcels in your township.
