Just read this article attached to another post under General Shale Discussions.
Looks like EnerVest is holding on to it's 22,000 acres of leaseholds for now with the option to swap or sell later still on the table.
That to me translates into more delays

I believe they still own a percentage of some 80,000+ acres in the Utica, partnered with Consol Energy in their drilling efforts. Much of what they sold was in the "dry gas" areas, and their purpose for doing so is simple: Narrow their concentration to oil/wet gas production.
