Intertaining the idea of selling some of my mineral rights

Has anybody had any dealings with Master Mineral Holdings out of Pittsburg, Pa? Also, what kind of offers  are you getting per acre.  Any other buyers that you have dealt with?  Thank you for any help.

Ohio, Guernsey, and oxford. I guess that does matter. lol.   Also, in a unit that has been drilled.  Seems that should mean something, too, as far as how good the offer is,
