jackson township drilling

I have 30 acres in jackson township and was wondering if anyone has heard of any future drilling here I have leased to Triad and have been offered several  very good purchase prices for my mineral rights. Any input would be appreciated.

I guess I should have stated  jackson TWP in noble county but the offers were up to 9500 per acre

Sorry, I made a wrong assumption as Triad is also in Jackson Twp Monroe area.  Noble county is a hot drilling area so you probably will get one, but we all have to be a little patient.

OK so I really do have  land in jackson township monroe county ohio  and have seen leeters offering up to 10000 per acre..seems to be more offers to purchase mineral rights than lease them tho
