I think to have the best idea of true performance the well should be in production for at least 6 months. but if you have a better time frame study have at it. im no expert on this topic at all.

assuming you are looking for Ohio (by your name).....

in full year 2012 the top 3 (with more than 6 months productions) were;

1. Burgett 8H Carroll county Center twp

2.Kenneth Buell 8H Harrison county Archer twp

3. Frecnoblebrookfield 3H Noble county Brookfield twp

 

in Q3 2013 the top 3 (with 90 days production) were;

1. Henderson South 5H Harrison county Stock twp

2. Addy 3H Harrison county Stock twp

3. Burgett 3H Carroll county Center twp

 

also in Q3 2013, the (over 80 days production group);

the top 11 include 5 wells in Harrison county (all in Stock twp)..................5 in Belmont county (3 in Somerset twp, 1 Warren twp and 1 in Kirkwood twp) and one in Carroll county Washington twp.

i should note that what puts them at the top of the list is avg daily production during that timeframe.........there are many factors that can affect the avg daily production which can not be deciphered from the production reports. decline, choke, etc..
