Does anyone need information about selling all or part of their minerals? I often hear about misconceptions and was wondering if anyone needed accurate information in order to make an educated decision. Chris

A friend of mine is buying mineral rights in Monroe also. Their prices seem fair I know they purchased some for $9800 with a 20% lease. Send me a msg and I will put you in contact wit them.

my thinking is if you sell a portion of your minerals, that portion will end up in the hands of the producers........the same people who you doubt will let you walk in their corportate offices and check the books.
they are the ones most interested in buying up the minerals
