Elderly mom with wells in Ritchie Co.

Mother has been approached by Triad Hunter who now holds lease (was Virco) to sign off on a modification of lease to allow horizontal drilling to two producing wells. The pad will be on another's joining land and they want to do one "leg " over to us. I would like to ask for a flat "bonus" for agreeing to the horizontal drilling. any idea what to ask for?

A few years ago I was advised to ask $400 an acre from Virco for a modification. We didn't get asked so I don't know if they would go for that.  Is this an old lease?
