People are not buying mineral rights to give their money away. People are buying them to MAKE money. The odds of them making money are higher than losing, otherwise it's a gamble at best.

Mary, I think a lot of people are starting rumors of offers that are simply not happening yet. I started this discussion hoping to hear from people who had got offers directly quoted to them or someone they were close to and trusted.
