$acre/per month

Why cant we come up with some type of average from the people on here actually getting royalty checks. I know every well is different but we should be able to ball park some numbers.

I know.  I'm dying to find out. I guarantee when I start getting them I will let people know .  There are a few people that have shared that info on this sight but it's hard to find..

I just read somewhere that the average Marcellus acre generated $24 k in royalties. I guess that would be a lifetime projection. Tons of variables.

2 wells in production, around $90 per acre, per well. 18% no deductions.
