When I input all data, and try to calculate, the" calculate" button is not showing up, whats going on, I ask, for  in the past I had no problem.

It began doing this recently, but what you need to do is in the decline rate for year twenty, click in the box, then hit tab, that will force the page down and show the calculate box.
