Sounds pretty radical pros and cons alike.
Everyone needs to be their own judge on whether it's a good or bad international 'Agreement'.
I think it's bad as it represents to me a sharing of our wealth - internationally.
Other nations don't pay for our land / pay our taxes - why do we have to share what we own ?
I don't think we should be made to.
On top of it all it appears to me to be throwing a monkey wrench into Utica development as they attempt to maneuver for even more control over private investment - wasting valuable time.
Is our government driving business or is business driving business or is it a cooperative effort on behalf of both ?
I don't know ...... does anybody ?
Losers are the domestic economy, therefore the general public and of course land owners owning minerals and or mineral owners.
Why give ourselves away?
