Land Group in Marshall and Ohio Counties,WV

Anyone dealing with GKT Land Group?
Has anyone here ever worked with these lawyers and got a better deal than working with and leasing with the gas companies personally?
Any input highly appreciated! Thanks

Just Ohio & Marshall counties. For sign-up documents just call Eric Gordon's office and they will email them to you. I think once you and your neighbors see what it is, they will want to join. Phone number 304-845-2580.

Yes Edwin but the problem is there isn't anything to see until after the deadline to join the group right? The deadline is on the 17 th of this month ?

If you join the group and you don't like what they get you do not have to take it. All the information on what you are committing to is in the sign-up documents.
