So PDC is going to be content with the area in Northern Washington County and will have no plans to go further South?    Or is it just a matter of time before they go farther south in Washington County, OH?

It is still a guesstimate but they are getting better. There are some areas that production numbers show it to be a hot spot but the maps do not refect it. There is some correlation between the data and production numbers but don't get down if they have your farm in a "not so good area". Until they stick a drill bit in your ground it is only speculation.
