gulfport refuse to discuss plans in wv

During the question and answer session the question was raised about the future plans in wv. They would not discuss their intentions. Are they looking at certain counties? Are they not answering to hide from their competitors? Or is it to hide something from the landowners? Any insight would be appreciated.

I read a brief synopsis of this presentation.  It said in Ohio we are concentrating in Belmont and Monroe Counties and paying $7,000 per acre.    So WV landowners do not settle for two or three or four thousand an acre especially those counties along the Ohio River.  .
