Pipelines in Dimock PA

A few years ago Williams was putting in pipelines in Dimock PA to connect a more decent flow the the gas and to move it faster. Were these pipelines ever completed??

ALSO

Has the ban on drilling in the NINE MILE AREA  in Dimock PA been lifted? Any current info on this?

Pipelines are coming through right now. Out of state too so can't comment on drilling. But I understand they are coming back.
