Antero offers.........

Has anyone received offers from Antero recently......and would you mind sharing a dollar amount? Land located in the core of the Utica.....Belmont County.

Not sure what they're paying, but I know GPOR is around $7,000 and 20% for Belmont county.  So adjust accordingly.
