I just saw on Beaver county recorder of deeds site 80 acres in the berovich unit was sold. Only 226,000 ? Not leased sold seems awful cheap to me - Less than 3000 an acre already in a unit . It was not the property just oil and gas

I don't know how much drilling is happening in Beaver right now but that $226,000 could easily be grown to double that amount over the next 20 years (the presumed life of the well). So maybe it was a risk-off sort of thing.
